Notes from ABC Augusta, GA meeting Oct09:

1. Membership dues - $250 ... SEBRA std $120

2. $5.00 per bull entry for office fees

3. There will still be 6 judges

4. A $50 permit fee in lieu of membership will be
   accepted a maximum of 2 times

5. Mouthing charts; need a copy in the office

6. Added money minimums:
        - Yearling ... $250
        - 2yr Old ... $250
        - 3yr Old ... $500
        - Open ...... $500

7. No rebucks

8. New season starts January 1 each year;
           (consistent with bull age)

9. Payoff Rules:
        - 10 or less; pays 3 holes
        - 11 to 20; pays 5 holes
        - 21 to 30; pays 7 holes          
         - 31 & over; pays 10 holes

10. ABC points system:
        - top 20 money earners to Finals
        - if not 20, revert back to points earned
          for each bull.
